Precisaremos do plukin kang2, peque aqui
um tube, e uma mask para a borda

1. Abra uma imagem transparente 300 x 300
    

2. Pinte com qualquer cor
    

3. Plugin kang2/shineeboxez
   178/178/166/158/200/242/201/148
   se quiser mudar a cor, mexa nos valores de red
   green ou blue
    
   

4. Effects/image effects/seamless tilling
    Mirror/Vertical  50/50
   
   

5. Effects/refletcion effects/totating mirror
   Horizontal =    -54
   Vertical=   0
   Angle=   153
   Repeat
    

6. Repita o passo 4
    

7. Aplique a mask, delete, merge group
    

8. Canvas size 1024 x 300,
   top/bottom e left = 0 right =724.
    

9. New layer, arrange send to bottom
    

10. Com a dropper, capture uma cor mais clara do efeito e pinte.
    
    clique na layer de cima, dorp shadow  3/3/50/6/preto
     

11. Aplique o tube, drope shadow  =  -20 / 24 / 50 / 5 / preto
    
     merge all  e salve.
